Easy – just let us know what you need and we’ll give you a quote – just contact our support team through your Miniature Penguin Control Panel.
As a rough guide, extra mailboxes are around £1.00 per month, and extra bandwidth starts from just £2.00 per month.
HOW DO I MOVE MY WEBSITE TO YOUR HOSTING?
We have our own online migration system. Just enter your FTP details, and your WordPress site will copy over to our hosting.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept most Credit or Debit cards
DO I HAVE TO TRANSFER MY DOMAINS TO YOU?
No. You can set the Nameserver of your existing domain to point to our servers. Alternatively, you can simply change the A Record, but you will not be able to take advantage of our free SSL Certificates.
Don’t forget that unlike many other companies, we offer great prices on domain renewals. .UK domains can be transferred for FREE and you get an extra year registration for FREE too.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I REACH A DATA LIMIT?
If you are nearing your bandwidth or webspace limits, we will email you to warn you. You can add extra webspace, bandwidth or any other features at any point – just ask our support team for a quote.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY HOSTING?
No problem. You’re not tied-in to any lengthy contract. Simply let us know and we will cancel your services within 2 days.
